Each of these cabins accommodate 30 people each
Rates start at $150 per person per night (2 nights) or $136.33 per person per night (3 nights)
Rate - $4500 per night + $500 cleaning, tax and a $1000 refundable security
2 nights = $9,000 + $500 cleaning + $1045 (11% tax) = $10,545 / 30 ppl = $351.50 pp for 30 people
3 nights = $12,270 + $500 cleaning + $1404.70 (11% tax) = $14,164.70 / 30 ppl = $472 pp for 30 people
Linens are included in the cleaning fee
Plus the $1000 refundable security that we want you get back 100%, we don’t want damages or extra cleaning issues.
50% payment to make your reservations, 50% balance due 30 days before your arrival.
Cancellations received before 90 days from your arrival will receive a full refund (less incurred credit card charges)

Rate - $3000 per night + $500 cleaning, tax and a $1000 refundable security
2 nights = $6,000 + $500 cleaning + $715 (11% tax) = $7,215 / 20 ppl = $361 pp for 20 people
3 nights = $7,500 + $500 cleaning + $880 (11% tax) = $8,880 / 20 ppl = $444 pp for 20 people
