Pets are accepted on an individual basis with an extra fee.
The marina key is available with a deposit. This home is conveniently located 1/2 mile from Big Boulder Ski Area and in walking distance to local restaurants and nightclubs. This beautifully decorated waterfront cottage is minutes from Split Rock Indoor Water Park, The Galleria and Golf Course. Tenants have use of all Split Rock amenities that are open to the public for a fee collected by Split Rock. The lakefront property is approximately 20 minutes from Mohegan Sun or Mount Airy Casinos. It is also close to Hickory Run State Park and Sand Springs free beach. Boulder View Tavern, Galleria, Lake Harmony Cruises by Captain Wolf, Lake View Tavern at Split Rock, Louie’s Prime Steakhouse, Nick’s Lake House, Piggy’s Restaurant, Piggy’s Hog Heaven Ice Cream, Shenanigans, Split Rock Golf Club and Sunset Green Restaurant, Terra Cottage Café and Gifts, The Crossings Premium Outlets are some of the local Pocono attractions.
