This beautiful home is equipped with 8 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, an open floor plan, picturesque views, and a short walk, bike ride, or drive to Lake Sinca, the private community lake with a white sand beach. It is a short drive to winter sports, summer fun, dining, shopping, and state parks and game land.

Outside fun starts in a huge yard that includes a fire pit, gas grill, and a hot tub – all accessible from the back deck on the upper floor or the walk-out recreation room on the lower level.

The lower level includes 5 bedrooms, a full bath and a recreation room with a cable-equipped 75-inch Smart TV, pool table, shuffleboard table, poker table, a full-size refrigerator, and plenty of seating to relax and have fun.

The upper level has a cozy living room with an electric fireplace and a cable-equipped 65-inch Smart TV, two dining areas and a modern kitchen, 3 more bedrooms and 2 full baths.
