This home sleeps 8, has a huge deck with a propane grill, The Pine Bear also has a hot tub and game room! Great for relaxing and socializing with friends and family!

The home features four bedrooms (two on the first floor and two on the second floor), kitchen with granite counter tops, a wood-burning wood stove fireplace (in the living room), an amazing game room with Pockey Table (pool, hockey, ping pong), poker table (with Roulette and Craps too!), dining area, children & adult board games & books, 4 arcade game machines, Xbox, Nintendo 64, electronic dart board, large flat screen smart tvs in the bedrooms + living room & outside with the hot tub.

House has air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room and the shaded lot keeps the house naturally cool.

The community has 4 swimming lakes, beach areas, ball fields, playground and tennis courts and is conveniently located near all Pocono attractions.

Pine Bear is a short ¼ mile walk to Locust Lake which has a large, covered pavilion with picnic tables.  Canoe and kayak storage racks and a boat launching ramp.  Volley ball court, concrete shuffle board, horseshoe pits.  Concession snack bar with hot/cold food, snacks and ice cream.

Locust Lake is stocked with game fish prior to opening season for those who already enjoy the sport or want to take it up.

There are four pristine lakes within the Village; East, Pines, Locust and Pilgrim. The first three lakes have ample parking, sandy beaches, mature trees providing shade, rest rooms, and allow non-motorized boating (electric motors are permitted). You’ll also find safe, modern playgrounds for children of all ages, swimming docks, charcoal barbecue grills and sturdy, wooden picnic tables. Each lake has additional amenities as listed, specific to its location. So, bring the charcoal, burgers, hot dogs, a cooler of your favorite beverages, and enjoy a relaxing, fun day of swimming, sunning and playing at one of the lake beaches!

Pilgrim Lake is the only lake where one can ice skate. The depth is checked by maintenance in the winter to ensure the ice is thick enough to skate on. In the winter there is ice-fishing on Pines Lake.

- NOTE: The community requires a one-time $35 registration fee (payable to the community).  You must register at least 72 hours prior to your arrival or they will impost a late registration fine.  The registration fee is includes 8 wrist bands, car passes, and a community fishing fee (you'll still need a PA fishing license).  Lost wrist bands are fined $25 each so make sure you return all of them.
