**This is NOT a Loud Party House. Quiet Hours after 10pm. No outside music after 10pm at night. The community doesn't allow that and this is strictly enforced. We have a min age requirement of 27 y/o. Thank you for your consideration :)

This wonderful lodge is a brand new rental in Long Pond. This cozy home has eight bedrooms, sleeps up to 22, has an INDOOR HEATED pool, a deck with a grill, a game room with a pool table and ping pong table, two fireplaces (one wood-burning, one electrical), 2 55" TVs, a fire pit and it is perfect for large groups.

Look no further! Our beautiful vacation home will exceed your expectations! Keyless entry! Our home features eight bedrooms (five on the lower floor and three on the main floor), a kitchen, two fireplaces (one upstairs and one downstairs), two TVs (55 inch), Sony Stereo system, Netflix, a gas grill, a firepit, a game room with the pool table and ping pong table. The house has 4 bathrooms - 3 on the main floor and 1 on the lower level. The house has a deck with the propane grill and outdoor furniture.

Lower level has five bedrooms (three with a queen sized bed and two with a full-size bunk bed) and a common area with 55-inch TV. Main floor has 3 bedrooms: one with queen sized bed and two with queen-sized bed and a bunk bed (each).

* Min age for adult guests: 27 y/o

* If you are only booking one weekend night (Fri or Sat), the 2nd night will be added at weekend rates

* 3-4 nights min stay in July/August

* Parking: the driveway holds 6 cars. Please consolidate cars to avoid bringing more. If that absolutely cannot be avoided, please contact us - we might work something out for additional 1, maybe 2 cars.

* $100 pet fee

* Check out 11 am
